PROCEDURE
Time
INTRODUCTION
Teacher will review words from last class (see if students remember)

A list of terms students may need will be posted on the board as well.
BODY
Students will draw a picture of their family (does not need to be fancy, can be stick

figures or just faces)


Students will label the drawing with the vocabulary they learned the previous
lesson. (using some hints from the board.)
IF TIME PERMITS: students will write a statement about each family member,
about physical appearance.
Eg. Ma mere a les yeux verts et les cheveux brun. Mon pre porte des lunettes.
CLOSURE
Have students save this for next class. Next class they will finish the writing and
then all students will present at least one family member to the class, orally.
ASSESSMENT
Students will demonstrate an understanding of their immediate family.
Students will demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and will try their best in class.
Students will actively participate in the lesson.
