To Whom it May Concern:

Its with great enthusiasm that I recommend Lay Quawn Windley
to your summer film program. I had had the pleasure of teaching Lay
Quawn in my Improvisation Theatre class this year. He is a leader and
an innovator. He is the first to volunteer and take a risk and is flexible,
open, and willing to accept critique. He works hard to improve upon
his work and is highly supportive and inspiring to others.
Not only has Lay Quawn been an excellent student and actor in
my class, he has also been a great mentor to my younger students.
This year, he volunteered to do the lights for our middle school musical
production as well as direct and coach my students in their original
play projects. As well as being reliable and committed, Lay Quawns
positivity and encouragement have rubbed off on my middle grade
students who are producing more imaginative and dynamic stage art
due to his strong direction.
Lay Quawn has an energetic, lively spirit that is infectious. He
definitely thinks outside the box and encourages others to do the
same. He is a motivated, thoughtful person with a natural zest for
creating and learning. I would not hesitate to include him in your
program. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
Positively,
