To whom it may concern;

I am writing on behalf of Jacob Glennon. During the school year of 2014-15 Jacob
was a senior student at East Dubuque High School where I resided as the East
Dubuque High School LEO Club. The LEO Club is an organization similar to that of
the Lions Club. Students involved in LEO Club are involved on a volunteer basis.
The LEO Club provides learning and experience opportunities for the community.
The community may be their school community, the city or town they live in, or the
larger community as a whole.

One of the many activities the LEO Club was involved in, was tutoring students in
the East Dubuque Elementary School. LEO Members were able to leave at 2:00 PM
1 or 2 days a week to work for 30 minutes each time with a student in need. The
students may have needed academic support or some needed social skill support.
Jacob Glennon did this for the entire school year 1 day a week. Jacob was
consistent with his attendance and diligent in his duties.
