We the undersigned the company KARPATI CG D.O.O., with full legal and corporate responsibility of
and under penalty of perjury, ready, willing and able to PURCHASE the herein offered Goods as under
the following terms and conditions:
Commodity: Rapeseed oil as fuel DIN 51605:2010-10
Quantity: Up to 12.500 metric tons PER SHIPMENT (+/-) 5%
Shipping Schedule: 12 Month
Point of Loading Russia / Ukraine / Seller option.
Price: $ 830 USD per metric ton.
Port of Discharge: CIF PORT Zadar Croatia
Inspection: SGS at Loading Port on Sellers cost
Payment: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit
Performance Bond: 2% of monthly shipment
