UPCOMING EVENTS
October 5th- Fall Fundraiser
Happy October from the PTO! We are starting off
this month with the Fall Fundraiser which begins
on October 5th and runs through October 19th.
This year we are excited to have Tom Evans
Fundraising as our Fall Fundraiser. There will be a
table set up with products during the October
14th Parent/Teacher Conferences, so be sure to
check out that information. We are also super
excited for the First Annual Monster Mash this
year! This is a Halloween Costume party with a
DJ, games, and spooky stories. Look for a
registration form to be coming home.
This school year we will be awarding the class
that brings in the most Box Tops with the Box
Tops trophy as well as a special prize, which will
take place quarterly. The first class prize will take
place on October 8th!
Also, there has been a slight delay in Spirit Wear.
As soon as we receive all the orders then we will
distribute them. Thank you for your patience! If

The PTO is looking for families to donate dishes for the teachers on
October 13th for conferences. We are in need of the following:
Veggies
Fruit
Salad/Soup
Entre
Side dish
Bread
Dessert
Drinks (non-alcoholic)
Plates
Cups
We would prefer any food to be put in foil pans that are easy to dispose of when the
event is over. Please email PTO at emgestarspto@gmail.com if you are able or
willing to help with this. The drop off time is between 3:30-4:00pm.
Thank you in advance for helping us give the teachers a wonderful meal for all the
hard
work they do with our children!
