Q1. Based on the feedback obtained, outline your recommendation for

any change necessary to the way induction is conducted at STAR.
Please outline at least 3 changes necessary to induction.
Ans. Some of the recommendations for the change necessary to the way
induction is conducted at STAR are:
Induction programme should be of a longer duration so that the
employees can understand the job well and can understand what the
company is expecting from them.
They should be taken to the job and make them face with the real
situation and act accordingly. This will give them better insight of the job
they are going to execute.
Induction should be such that is using variety of the induction methods
like different technology, different location so that employees are not
bored of the same routine.
