rice sewai pilaf

method:
boil and prepare the rice sewai.cut 10 french beans and two carrots into long 1
inch pieces.heat the ghee in a non stick pan 3 tbsp and sorte 5 florets of cauli
flower two sliced onions 2 green chillies 3 tomatoes beans and carrots till jus
t tender.
mix in 3 tbsp of coconut paste and stir fry.mix 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste,1tsp c
hilli powder,1tsp dhania powder,bit of haldi and garam masala. add the rice sewa
i. mix well and garnish with pudina and dhania.

stuffed rice puries

ing:
1/2 cup white urad dal
2 tsp oil
red chilli pdr ,salt to taste
for the puries:
2 cups cooked white rice mashed well
1 cup rice flour
3 tbsp atta
3 tbsp ghee
oil for frying
salt
method:
1.soak the dal and grind to a paste
2.heat 2 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and fry dal on low flame
3.add salt n red chilli powder and fry for 2 mins n switch off and allow to cool
.
4.mix the boiled mashed rice,rice flour,atta,salt,n very little water and ghee t
o make a smooth dough.
5.divide the dough into small portions and stuff each of the portions with the d
al.
6.roll out into a puri.fry them till light golden brown.
