    AngeloMossointhelate1800sworkedwithphysiologistsWilhelmLudwig.DuBoisReymond,
    HugoKronecker,andEtienneMareytoconductresearchonmusclefatigueusingmuscle
    tracing.
    Applyingknowledgeofskeletalmusclestructurecontraction,fatigueandtheoverallstructureof
    skeletalmusclesfollowinglabswereconductedshowingtheeffectoftheATPontherabbit
    fibersandthefatiguecausedbycontinuousandrepetitivemusclecontractions.
