First I feel that the person who wrote this is being too aggressive to the plaza residents.
This person should change it from being so aggressive and angry at them. Second this person
should keep it simple, short, and talk on key topics that everyone should know. Last the person
just needs to be direct, but try to in the nicest way possible. Tell the residents the topics you are
going to talk about and have a brief description on why they are doing to. The person did not
need to go into that much detail about some of the things they were talking about.
