development partner is sought to undertake this major residential led regeneration project at Blackwall Reach, E14.

9.74 ha (24.08 acres) multiphase development site.

To provide a minimum 1,600 new homes, school, community and employment space to be built to HCA quality
standards.

An advertisement has appeared in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) inviting individual
organisations or consortia to submit a PQQ to identify parties to progress to the next stage.
