DRIVE THRU

ACCESSIBILITY

ABSTRACT
This report was written in order to improve the drive
thru Starbucks located on the west side of
Albuquerque. The goal of the report is to give a
recommendation to make this drive thru as accessible
as possible for the greatest amount of people. Two
different options are given in this report. The first is to
have a video camera, much like the Apple application
Facetime, the second is to have an app that helps get
orders with ease.

WHAT IS UNIVERSAL DESIGN?


Universal Design is designing an environment or
documents that can be used by the greatest amount
of people possible.

WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE?

stores, spiral notebooks with the spiral on the top

App! Because every single person that has a smart


phone is able to use the app to order their food
before they drive through the window to pick it up.
