I had to organize events, answer the phone and take down information, find solutions
quickly and effectively, keep a clean and tidy work place backstage, keep my peers updated with
current theater information, and be a perfect role model. Working hard is only part of the job. I
also respected everyone, listened attentively, took constructive criticism positively, and brought
up my peers with words of encouragement.
