Rhetorical Analysis Reflection

Being transparent with you this assignment was kind of hard for me. I was required to
analyze an article that talked about my semester topic, school food waste, to see how the author
was using the rhetorical strategies. I had to see how the author used this strategies to successfully
achieve their purpose. These strategies are logos, pathos, and ethos. In my personal opinion, I
think I did a pretty good job on this assignment. Although my writing process helped me a lot in
writing this piece I still had to make some changes between my drafts. For example, in my final
draft I included more details and examples that backed up my arguments. I totally feel that I
accomplished the purpose of this assignment. I learned how every author uses these rhetorical
strategies to persuade, entertain, and inform their audience.
