Im going to sneak into your room while you are sleeping and I will paint your nails pearl
pink. Im going to color your lips a luscious red and I will apply on your eyes long eyelashes.
Eyelashes so long, youll be tickling the testicles of the god you have so conveniently crafted
when you go to him and beg forgiveness for feeding and maintaining the custom of many men
before you. Im going to shake you awake and hold a mirror up to your shocked face until you
accept your beauty. Then I will tie you to a chair like the tough little man that you are and greet
you to my gorgeous and fabulous male friends. Clad in leather, they will dance and grind on you
until the member in between your thighs begins to swell. I will look down at your pained face
screaming in denial and yell at you to trust your own body because you are a human being and it
is okay to feel. Im going to make you stand up and walk through a glass maze in five-inch heels
and yell at you furiously every time you break through a glass wall so that you think of your own
mother every time you devalue self-actualized mujeres. Your mother, who lived the routine and
played the role thrusted on her to raise you, only for you to turn on her sisters and violate them
with your cheap, transparent, demeaning vocabulary. Finally, I will throw on my doc marten
boots and vogue along the sharp line of the black and white of your mind. I will sprinkle glitter
there and kisses over there. I will paint and thrash your mind with chaos of color pinks and
purples and reds. The history of all the different shades and narratives silenced and oppressed by

your abusive privilege. I will launch cannonball-sized pieces of the past and they will ricochet in
your mind until I am sun bathing in the calm waters of your liberated, realized consciousness.

And then I will hold your truth up to your face so you finally understand the curse that was also
placed on you, thrived by you. The false, unequal beliefs and traditions that are the social
deconstruction of the human race. The reason why she is she and you feel you have to be the way
you have to be. And you will look back, finally realized. TAPATIO: made with water, salt, spices,
garlic, acetic acid, xanthan gum and sodium benzoate. Preservatives can only preserve for so
long.
