INTRODUCTION:
In Abraham Maslow's "A Theory of Human Motivation" (1943) he stated that people
are motivated to achieve certain needs. When one need is fulfilled a person
seeks to fulfill the next one, and so on. In short, people normally seek to
fulfill basic needs first and then move on to other needs. With such premise,
if follows that addressing those basic needs should be of highest priority.

The problem lies in a failure to meet these needs, or even when it is delayed.
Such scenario is usually found in a restaurant setting. Customers hungrily fall
in line at various length of time to make their orders, and wait for another period
of time to finally satisfy their hunger. Or sometimes, customers rather choose to
go to another restaurant. This instance of delayed satisfaction of need is common
nowadays, not only it affects the customers but also the restaurants themselves.
This research studies the evaluation of a software that could somehow possibly
help resolve the issue.
