THE LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION TALK

SPEAKER: DATO SERI SYED ZAINAL ABIDIN SYED MOHAMED TAHIR

The leadership and innovation talk was presented by Dato Seri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed
Mohamed Tahir, former CEO of Proton. This talk was about an ethical perspective and it was
divided into three parts whereby the first part, Dato Seri talks about the Qualities of Leader.
There are 10 quality that a leader must have such as the following

10. Positive Attitude
Second part of his talk was about the holistic leadership that consist of three essential sets of
skills such as work skills, people skills and self-skills. There are 10 skills that we needed as a
