Level Playing Field
Everyone, including protected groups, should have equal access and opportunity;
differences in success are due to merit or what we do with our opportunities and access. I agree
with above idea because people have differences, but it doesnt interfere with the possibility that
they might achieve their goals. People should effort themselves to obtain their success life, and
they should take advantage of the opportunities thus build a future with their own merit. I read a
book of personal feed that explained how you should be a success person, so there I learned that
our achievement come together with our effort. The author says that success is like a seed that
you plant along the life. So when the harvest is ready to pick it up you should start to enjoy the
crops. If we apply that in our life, we should be successful if we never give up, and advantage the
opportunities that we find along our life. Our triumph depends that our persistence. We feel
proud if we achieve significant goals with own merit.
In contrast, the society still being inequality for some protected groups such as disability
people, women etc. some people have more opportunities than others. For instance, although
women and men have equal opportunities that become in a successful person, the society marks
the difference between both. Women and men dont earn equal salary for the same job because
the society doesnt distributed equally the resources, so the balance is just in one side. I believe
that this problem is not an impediment; if you focus your vision in your goals, so you mark your

future and how you want to live in there. People might overcome obstacles just to achieve their
target. Obviously the way toward the success is not easy, but if one door is close other should be
open. You have to effort and never give up, doesnt matter the difficulties or the inequalities.
