The BIG Little Science Centre is open year round:

Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm
Visit the Exploration Room, open daily from 10am to 4pm; over 140 different exhibits to enjoy.
Special shows and programs occur on Saturdays, at the science centre, unless otherwise noted.

All activities are included with the standard entry fee, unless otherwise stated.

Static Electricity Show, at 11am and 1:30pm

The amazing Static Electricity Show is an interactive, fun show that explores those little (and BIG) sparks
in your life. Is it time for your science centre Hair-do?
Saturday, December 12:

Marvelous Magnetism Show, at 11am and 1:30pm

This marvelous Magnetism Show is an interactive, fun show that explores magnetism and gives you some
magnetic magic tricks to try out at home!
Saturday December 19:

Christmas Science Tricks, at 11am and 1:30pm

Crazy fun science demonstrations are used to try and explain some Christmas mysteries. How does Santa
get down a chimney? And more! This show includes some of our favourite interactive demos.
Tue., Wed. December 22, 23: Construction Day: LEGO! Megablox, MagNext
Building materials will be out all day for creative constructions.

December Holiday Camp: Winter Wonderland Theme

Monday December 21, Tuesday December 22 and/or Wednesday December 23
9:00am to 3:00pm
Join in the science fun for 1, 2 or 3 days.
Maximum of 15 children: ages 5 to 8 and must be in school.
Crystals, snow, cold and heat, frozen bubbles, walk on water and more!
$120 for three days. $40 per day. Call or drop in to register. Form is on our website: blscs.org
BIG Little Science Centre Members get a $5 discount if there for three days.

We are closed over the Christmas Holiday starting December 24.
