The school I selected to develop a technology strategic plan for is Zan Wesely

Holmes Middle School in the Dallas schools district. my key stake holders will
consist of the following leadership team:
1- Barbara Moham (principal) : duties are establish campus vision, lead
change and sense- making, campus action plan development, lead curriculum
alignment, professional development, and manage campus budgets and
expenditures.
2- Kimberly Seymore (8th grade assistant principal) : duties are lead campus
vision, 8th grade administrator, monitor curriculum alignment, I station
coordinator, and facilitate Data-Driven instruction.
3- Felicia Shaw (office manager): pay roll/budgeting.
4- Demaki Jones Harris (Data/Test coordinator): duties are lead campus
vision, campus action plan implementation, Data analysis professional
development, and teacher coaching.
5- Jessica Trevizo (parent instructor): duties are lead campus vision, campus
action plan implementation, school messenger, site based decision making,
and parent teacher association.
6- Career and Technology Education department (CATE).
Glass Janette teaches Exploring Careers, Williams Aria teaches Technology
Applications, Turner Brian teaches STEM, and Robinson Marilyn teaches
principles of information technology.
Dear technology strategic leadership team
I am currently enrolled as a graduate student at Texas A&M university at
Commerce. one of my courses require me to select a school to develop a
strategic technology plan. I have selected Zan Wesley Holmes due to the
fact that I have been teaching at your school for the past three years. I write
this letter to seek your support through out the course and I will appreciate
your feed back for my plan.
