To Whom This Concerns:
1am writing this letter to offer my recommendation for Joshua Peacott Ricardos. | first met Mr.
Peacott Ricardos in the spring semester 2014. | was the instructor for the nursing
pathophysiology course. | found Mr. Peacott Ricardos to be inquisitive, engaged in his learning
and someone who quickly grasped this complex topic. | am also the Pediatric Program
Coordinator for the Associate Degree Nursing Program at Kapiolani Community College and
serve as the lecturer for the classroom component of the course. Mr. Peacott Ricardos
participated in this course in the spring of 2015.
The Pediatric component of the ADN program was fast paced and intense and covered complex
medical conditions. Mr. Peacott Ricardos met all course expectations and performed
successfully in class. He was able to apply theory and demonstrate critical thinking abilities and
understanding of the nursing process. He successfully conducted a health education class for
children along with a colleague which was positively received. He was eager to acquire nursing
knowledge and was engaged in his learning process.
Ihave enjoyed having Mr. Peacott Ricardos as a student and have observed his growth through
the nursing program. | believe he would make a positive addition to your healthcare team. If
you have any questions, please feel free to contact me
Sincerely,
Fol
