Eight, planets, moon, stars,
space, sun, Mercury,
Neptune, Uranus, Jupiter,
Mars, Earth, Saturn and
Venus.

Show the students the pictures of the


planets. Allow students to recall the names
of the planets and what they know about
the planets.
In pairs students will talk about the planets
so that students can exchange and learn
from each others idea.
Ask the students which planet is number 1
as in to order the planets from the nearest
to the sun till the furthest.
Later ask the to label the planets in their
textbook.

Students will share their answers of the
comprehension questions.
Students will be working in pairs to write
four sentences to describe any three
planets of their choice.
Students will share their work with their
peers.

AssessmentsAssessment will occur during my


observation as they are working. Also as
they are writing the sentences and solving
the comprehension questions. I will check
their answers and I will be able to know if
they understood the text or not.
Recap the order of the planets.
