Subject: Zombie outbreak
Hello this is your student body president and Im sending you this memo to let you
know of the recent problem the people of the New Mexico area have encountered.
As of 10/07/15 there have been signs that a zombie outbreak has started in the area
of Las Cruces N.M. Many students of the NMSU campus have been infected with this
imminent virus. Its recommended to find a good hiding spot because according to
the statistics shown in figure 1.1 younger people are zombies biggest target.

Figure 1.1
Its very important that as soon as you make your way out of the campus be very
careful with the people you associate with, including your family. Be aware that if
you go around the city without taking the precautions needed you will deal with
severe consequences. In case you dont know what a zombie looks like; figure 1.2
shows a picture of a group of zombies we saw around the NMSU campus and it
seemed like they were on their way to this area.

Figure 1.2

Zombies are known for being vicious creatures in search of brains and blood and
according to the statistics mentioned before they are looking for young victims. This
memos main purpose is to inform you of the risks you are exposed to. Its
recommended that you follow the guidelines we established just in case there was a
shooter in campus, since we werent expecting a zombie outbreak we didnt plan
the guidelines but just follow the ones we provided at the beginning of the
semester. Also since the outbreak doesnt seem as bad as it looks the police are
encouraging people who encounter zombies to alert them and they will try to help
eradicate the problem. Some people think this is just a game but we really need to
step up and take care of ourselves. Its believed that if you either get touched or bit
by one of these creatures you will end up becoming one of them. The flowchart
below (figure 1.3) demonstrates the symptoms you might experience if youre in the
process of becoming a zombie.

As you can see this is a very delicate situation but if we work together and do our
best we can beat this problem and everything will be okay. Get to a safe place,
prepare an emergency kit, hide and lets hope the authorities in charge can
eradicate this outbreak.
Keep safe and good luck.
Sincerely,
Julio Molina
