I.W.I.N. Foundation announces annual pajama party fundraiser


INDIANAPOLIS-The Indiana Women In Need Foundation (I.W.I.N.) will be hosting their annual
fundraising event, The Pink Pajama Party, at the Indianapolis Marriot North Keystone at the Crossing
Hotel Feb. 19-20, 2016. The event is raising funds for women currently undergoing treatment for
breast cancer and is open to the public.

The event is a sell-out every year, Nancy Shepard, fundraising host and founder of
I.W.I.N., adds. Last years Keep Calm Fight On themed event raised more than $70,000 for women
throughout Indiana.

The party includes a sit-down style dinner, awards ceremony, spa treatment, photo booth,
silent auction and live music. The morning after, guests will enjoy an early yoga class followed by a
farewell breakfast.

I.W.I.N. is a nonprofit organization that assists women in Indiana undergoing treatment
for breast cancer. They fund and secure non-medical, individual services such as childcare,
housekeeping, massage therapy, and other professional services for patients. Their service aims
to relieve emotional, physical, and financial burdens that can occur during the treatment of breast
cancer. I.W.I.N. was founded in 2000 by Nancy Shepard and continues to grow. Today, they serve
over 500 women each year and have provided over 1.2 million dollars in services to date.
