Joy: on dalieh du dalieh
dulieh souha

Being Grounded
Stand, feeling grounded and centered.
Raise arms, breathing in the goodness
of creation.
Lower arms, breathing out anxiety and
negativity.

Shower of Light
With left foot forward, bring hands up
toward you and over you, seeking the
light of wisdom and strength.
Repeat movement with right foot
forward, seeking the blessing of light for
the whole world, especially those in dark
and broken places.

Circle of Oneness
With left foot forward, palms down, move
hands in circular motion horizontally
clockwise, feeling the connection and
oneness with those around you.
With right foot forward, move hands
counter-clockwise, feeling the connection
with those you love far away and the
interconnection of all life on earth.

Letting Go
With left foot forward, move hands outward
from chest in a pushing movement,
breathing out and saying no to the negative
and destructive.
Pull hands back to chest breathing in and
saying yes to all that gives life and makes
for peace.
Repeat with right foot forward, breathe out
rejecting violence and injustice, breathe in
strength that makes for wellbeing and
peace.

Circle of Blessing
With left foot forward, palms up, move
hands in circular motion horizontally
clockwise, offering a blessing on those
around you for health in body, mind, and
soul.
With right foot forward, move hands
counter-clockwise, offering a blessing on
the wider world for healing and peace.

Centering and
Offering Ourselves
Stand, bring arms out to the side then up
above head, breathing in the vitality of life.
Bring them down in front of your chest,
hands parallel in front of you with
awareness of centering yourself in the
grace and goodness of life.
Open your hands in front of you, offering
your gifts to the world.
