To Whom It May Concern at Harvard University:

I met Lauren in February 2013 as the lecturer/tutor and course coordinator for
MKTG1053 Service Quality. During this time, Lauren has demonstrated to be a
polite, courteous and hardworking student. She attended every class and was
always attentive and ready to participate in the class activities. Lauren
approached her work and class activities with a positive and enthusiastic
attitude, which was very refreshing to me and for her peers. She demonstrated
an ability to work well independently as well as with others, and showed
leadership skills in her interactions with others, especially in the completion of
group assessment tasks. Lauren always provided relevant and intellectual
responses during class discussions and was a valued member within the group.
I believe Lauren will bring these positive qualities with her to make valuable
contributions to the Harvard University learning environment.
