Explain the purpose and contents of the Project Charter and indicate in which phase of the project it would be completed. (8 marks) ) A contractor has undertaken a project for a client. ‘The project includes installing a ‘maintenance facility, with a connecting electrical generator and water tank. The tasks involved are outlined in table 4.1 below.
