Montgomery County Juvenile

Detention Center

Approximately 13,000 inmates are booked
into central processing annually. the MCDC
has the capacity to hold up to 200 inmates
while also having the authority to process
adult offenders.

Dayton Montgomery County Courthouse

301 W. 3rd St.
The Dayton Montgomery Cour was created
in 1913 and opened in 1914. Five full-time
judges serve on the Dayton Municipal Court
along with two full-time magistrates.
