Contract Release Application to drop housing for Spring Semester, 2016, Texas Wesleyan

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Rakesh Reddy. I am a freshman residing in OC hall and came in
August 2015. My second semester is going to occur in 2016 spring, I gave
many thought into considering weather I want to continue on campus
housing.
The purpose of me writing to you is me having a humble request, if you could
kindly drop my housing for the spring semester. There were many reasons for
this drastic thought into moving out, since I am constantly having home
sickness from the day I am here as I feel alone and dont have much friends
in my dorm. Moreover the main reason why Im requesting you is due to my
close uncle living in Irving, who had suggested me to live with him and his
family. He has also kindly stated that he would constantly pick and drop me
to and from campus. He would also take full responsibility of my living, food
and personal expenses.
In this situation, I respectfully would like to request you to drop housing for
me, and hopefully assist me in the procedures. Your kindness would be
appreciated in my need of time.
