Directions: Welcome to Biography Caf! Below you will find a list of different tasks to complete. Some
tasks are required, others you will be able to choose what you would like to do. Everyone must complete
the appetizer. Then you may choose any one entre and two side dishes. If you finish early or want more,
you may want to complete the dessert! After completing the menu, please put all items in your portfolio

or written in your best handwriting. If you are interested in

Your piece should highlight important details about this
persons greatest accomplishments. Your fact sheet is a great
resource for you to use to help you decide what information
should be included in your song soup. Please talk to the
teacher if you would like an opportunity to perform your
piece for the class!
Work with a partner and compare both of your historical
figures. Your comparison should include at least 3 things
they have in common and 4 unique pieces of information
about each person, including their accomplishments. This
information can be recorded in a graphic organizer, a written
response, or another method that is approved by the teacher.
Both partners need to include their work in their portfolio.
Pick 2-3 classmates to work with and write a script for a
reality TV or talk show that features everyones historical
figure and highliights some of their most notable
accomplishments. All group members need to include their
work in their portfolio.
Prettend you are a writer for a local newspaper. Your
historical figure has just accomplished something amazing!
Write a newspaper article about the accomplishment. Be sure
to include when and where it took place, what occurred and
any other important information that readers hearing about
this for the first time might want to know.
Choose 5 significant moments in your historical figures life
and write a journal entry about them. These significant
moments should include some of their major
accomplishments. Be sure to write from he point of view of
your historical figure and include the date!
Each charm on the bracelet should represent an
accomplishment or interest of the person. After completing
your drawing please write a sentence about each charm and
why you chose it.
Create a baseball card for the person that includes a picture
of them and important details about their life. If you cant
figure out what details to add check your fact sheet!
