Reflective Statement

When I signed up for this class I was not expecting it to be as helpful as it was.
Im interested in culture and religion and I was expecting more of a lecture but the field
trips really help a lot. As must of us do, I had my own ideas about certain religions that I
didnt even know how they came to me and in some I was wrong.
I feel like this class and the assignments helped me to better connect to the culture
around me and to understand why some religions do what they do. Overall this class has
helped me breakdown barriers that some times us as humans build and that separate us.
