Dear Ms. Jones:

I am writing you to express my concerns towards sexual harassment and how often it occurs.
Sexual harassment is very prominent on college campuses and work environments, but not
usually reported. Throughout this letter I will like to express my concerns towards the current
consequences of sexual harassment and propose new ones. Also I will like to propose possible
ways to help prevent sexual harassment.

Sexual harassment is very common among college campuses and work environments, but not
commonly spoke upon or reported. Sexual harassment is a very serious situation. Speaking from
personal experiences sexual harassment will damage you mentally and physically. Not having
someone there for me did not make the situation any better. I went through many stages of

depression and was blaming myself for what was done. That is one of the main reasons why I am
trying to find a solution for change.
Possible solutions to help prevent sexual harassment are to get the police involved into people
lives, have seminars as a set class in school, and make sure people are aware of how serous sexual
harassment is.
