    7:05 PM MO-4 will arrive from Milwaukee (west)
    Instruct MO-4 into yard. They will drop Willow Block of cars
    Give MO-4 any Birchdale & Oakland cars Max 20 cars
    At 7:15 PM HBL-110 departs east from yard before OM-7 departs
    7:30 PM AT-60 departs WEST from yard
    8:10 PM Dixie local departs east
    OM-7 will arrive soon, will drop Willow block
    give Milwaukee cars Max 20 cars
    9:30 PM Tanker train departs east
    Trains HBL-110, AT-60, Dixie local & tanker train will return to yard.
