Propose Letter to Customers

We would like to provide our customers with specific information on their monthly propane
usage by sending a letter to each customer with information on their propane usage and a
chart showing their monthly costs for the previous year. In the letter, we would include
information letting our customers know about the Superior Budget Plan that will take the
surprise out of monthly bills. The plan allows customers to spread their payments over a
12-month period. The letter would include the customers yearly propane costs in a chart
similar to the one shown below. Also included in the letter will be the average monthly
cost; for the sample budget, the monthly average would be $123.51.
We will be finalizing the letter soon so please let me know if you have any feedback on
the letter content or chart.
