Intro-Activity: Mirror drill: Students will partner up

down the line. Both will stand in the ready position.
One will shuffle from side to side, switching directions
forcing the other student to change directions,
mirroring the other. Students will then change roles.

Warm-up: Students will pair up and grab 5 balls per

group standing about 6 feet away from each other. One
student will throw the tennis balls one at a time in the
general area of the other. The other student will use
only their right hand to catch. After five balls, the
student will switch to their left hand only, proceeded by
both hands. After completed, the students will switch
positions. Once that is completed, they will repeat
using a tennis racquet.

Activity: Students will grab their partner and go to a


court. Watching the ball into the racquet, the student
will return the ball and try to keep the rally alive with
their partner.
