Intro-Activity: Students will lightly jog around the gym
and then begin stretching stretching.

Warm-up: Students will pair up, both partners with


paddles and a ball. One partner will throw the ball in
different directions and at different speeds so that the
other will have to reposition themselves to the ball and
make an athletic move on it.

themselves to the ball and why it helps with hitting

Activity: Students will use their ability to position


themselves to return the ball to their opponents in 1 on
1 games to five.

Ending Activity/Cool-down: Students will play doubles


on one court in a game of Kings Court. The winners
stay on the court and the losers of the serve will rotate
