Antagonist: Dannii Laine

Age: 18 years
I have chosen to use this actor as I feel he not only fits the character well but
also has features similar to the younger actor I used at the beginning of the
trailer.
Costume: I have dressed him in dark clothing with a dark coat and black jeans
with a black top this is to fit the common conventions of horror films which
places the bad guy in black. Black is used to connote back and evil which
obviously has a direct link to the role he is playing. I have taken this photo with a
slight smirch as I want the character to seem slighting psychopathically
damaged, as if this killing is all a big joke to him. This is a familiar face to ones
we see in the trailer, I have done this to show the result of him being abandoned,
developing and showing the reason I named the film abandoned. The actor isnt
a stereotypical bad guy as he is rather short but I have done this on purpose to
make his murder more shocking as normally we wouldnt have expected this
from him. Again I continued this idea by having the character wearing glasses
which I found while doing my film research this is normally linked to the nondangerous.

Protagonist: Daniel Hatefield

Age: 13 years
I have chosen this actor for the younger role as again he has some similar facial
features to the actor playing the older role. In the trailer he is dressed in typical
young boy clothes of jeans and trainers this is just to ensure the audience know
he is just an ordinary young boy and make the audience feel his vulnerability at
this time.
