your firm. I have more than 10 years of experience in the areas of civil litigation and defense, financial
law, legal research, and motion preparation. Now I would like to bring my knowledge and skills to work

My background in civil litigation has provided me with a tremendous amount of experience in preparing
for trials. I am highly adept at researching and preparing discovery and dismissal motions, motions for
summary judgement, motions in limine, and arbitration briefs. I have had one of my motions for summary
judgment upheld by the California Supreme Court, resulting in more than $100,000 in liability savings for
