Atomic Bomb Reflection

You have been assigned a museum or monument from these events. Using
the website for the place, answer the following questions 2 paragraphs (~
3/4 -1 page, single spaced). Also, feel free to use google image search to find
more images of your particular site, as often the websites do not include
many photos of the buildings/exhibitions or they only highlight one aspect of
the site. Be prepared to present your findings and reflections during class
tomorrow.
1st Paragraph (questions to consider)

What kind of information is available on the website? How is it

presented?

Are summaries of the history of the atomic bomb easily found on

these websites?

What do think the creators/curators of the site would want you to take
away from a visit to the site? What do you think visitors take away
from it? Could this be mutable depending on the individual and their
particular life and circumstances?

Do you have any questions, comments, or reflections on the website

you visited or the activity?

2nd Paragraph

How do these readings relate to Diana Lin's and Julian Bonder's

articles on historical memory and memorials?

Use quotes to support your points. Feel free to think creatively about
these questions, but you should also use text evidence to strengthen
your argument.
