Kelsey was a student teacher with me in the fall of 2015. Kelsey is an incredibly strong student teacher. She arrived (on the first day with a manner about her and a confidence that make her an ideal choice ‘8 a teacher in any position. She was always finding ways to improve and work harder. Keltey is organized. She arrived prepared every day with both plans and materials in order to lead interesting and meaningful lessons. She was willing to change her teaching style to suit the needs of the students in our class. She was creative and thoughtful in her lessons. She set her sights high and reached all her goals during her practicum, Kelsey is compassionate. Kelsey connected with the students in our class. She ‘was sincere with feedback and she listened to the people around her. This gave her great connections with the students but also allowed her to be coachable and fun to work with, ‘This young lady would make a great addition to any staff.
