SECTION1.SHORTTITLE
ThisactmaybecitedastheAbortionActof2015.

SECTION2.FINDINGS
Congressherebyfindsanddeclaresthat,
A)Womenwhohaveabortionsare81percentmorelikelytoexperiencesubsequentmentalhealth
problems.
B)Astudyofthemedicalrecordsof56,741Californiamedicaidpatientsrevealedthatwomenwhohad
abortionswere160percentmorelikelythandeliveringwomentobehospitalizedforpsychiatrictreatment
inthefirst90daysfollowingabortionordelivery.
C)Inonestudyof500abortedwomen,researchersfoundthat50percentexpressednegativefeelings,and
upto10percentwereclassifiedashavingdevelopedseriouspsychiatriccomplications.
D)PTSDoftenoccursafteranindividualhassufferedaneventsostressfulandsotraumaticthatthis
personisunabletocopewiththisexperienceinanormalmanner.
E)Accordingtoa2014study,womensharetheirabortionstoriesmoreonlinethaninperson.
F)Inastudyin2014,whenawomaninquiresaboutanabortion,sheisoftenafraid,alone,indecisive,
youngandimmature.

Localchurches,crisispregnancycenters,andChristiancounselorsareallexcellentresourcesfor
findinghelpwithPostAbortionSyndrome.
H)Oneinonehundredmotherswhoabortchildrentendtogriefandareunabletogoonwitheverydaylife.

J)TreatmentiscrucialtotherecoveryofwomenwithPASS,accordingtoa2013study.

SECTION3.STATUTORYLANGUAGE
A)Allprohibitionduetounethicalorinhumanreasonsshallhenceforthbeabolished.Nowomanshallbe
deniedtherighttoabort,soforththattheHouseofRepresentativessupportspoliciestoprotectandsecure
itslongtermfutureinafairandresponsiblemanner.
B)Thislawshallbeenforcedandupheldbythefederalgovernment,allbranchesoftheUnitedStates
HouseofRepresentatives.Fundingforadditionaloversightfrombeneficiariespreviouslynotcoveredwill
comedirectlyfromthepreliminaryknownbudgetprovidedbythefederalgovernmentforAbortion.
C)Failuretocomplywithrequirementscanresultincriminalandcivilpenalties,aswellasprogressive
disciplinaryactionsuptoandincludingpersecution.Thesecanapplytobothcoveredentitiesand
individualsaccordingtotheSSALawChapter42Section1632.ThislawshallgointoeffectJanuary1,
2016.
