Job Responsibilities
Graphic Designers spend most of the time at the computer. They create
visual concepts either by scratch or using computer software. They also
develop layouts for ads, brochures, magazines, and other things.

Work Environment
Many graphic designers are employed by special design services. Publishers,
newspapers and magazines companies may hire them.

Specialized Skills
Graphic designers have to have artistic ability to come extent. They also
need to have analytical skills. Computer skills are obvious too, and they
should be quick learners of new tech and programs.

Education Required
A bachelors degree is usually required. The degree can either be in graphic
design or a related field. Most schools have graphic design or something
similar.

Salary Expected
The expected salary of a graphic designer is $44,150, but the top ten percent
earned more than $77,490.
