Dear dispute resolver,
This letter is to notify you of a problem that I am having with AT&Ts U-Verse service
that I am currently a customer of at my residence.
I am dissatisfied with the internet, television, and phone service because of frequent
outages that occur throughout the day. I have already attempted to reset the
gateway and all devices using the gateway. Additionally, I have contacted technical
support who manually reset the device which resolved the issue for a few hours. A
technician was sent out to check the gateway and the line coming to my home and
nothing was found faulty.
Unfortunately the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting that you:

Replace the current gateway at my residence with a new one


Send another technician to inspect the wiring at my residence, through which
a more thorough investigation will be done to determine if the line is
damaged
Credit my account for the time I have been without service.

Please contact me within 10 days to confirm that you will honor my request. I am
prepared to file a complaint for submission to the FCC for investigation. I will not
file a complaint if the problem is resolved within the time period I have indicated.
