He was. an excellent addition to our staff for the seven weeks he spent with us. I saw tremendous growth in Mark’s teaching from his first day to his last. He was energetie and willing to work and learn every day. Mark’s lessons were well organized, age appropriate, and challenging. He never shied away from trying a new activity or method of teaching. Mark had a great rapport with students and always took the time to talk to them individually as much as he could during class change or recess. He has high standards and expectations for behavior and his lessons. Mark dealt with any behavior issues immediately and appropriately.
