An Apartheid Historian to be exact. Examine the documents and artifacts | will provide for you. Use these artifacts to become an expert about Apartheid. in addition you should find 5 additional artifacts to strengthen you knowledge and understanding. You may want to come up with questions about the artifacts | provide for you to examine. Those questions should guide your research. | have included a graphic to help you with this Part One: The first part of your task is to write a research paper. Select which text structure you would like to use to organize your research paper: Description, Sequence, Cause and Effect, Compare and Contrast, or Problem and Solution. You should use your ‘otes and a graphic organizer best suited for the text structure you will use in writing your research baper. Then, put your work into outline form to structure and organize your paper. I have attached one for your guidance. Finally, write a draft of your research paper and type it into NCWrite using your login in. esearch the topic. Students must use: ¥ 2news articles from newspaper or academic journals such as The New York Times, Durham Herald Sun, Raleigh News and Observer, The Chicago Times, etc. ¥ One news magazine article such as Time or Newsweek ¥ 1 interview of an expert or official (print or non-print) ¥ 1 narrative piece such as an autobiographical account, poem, or journal entry. Part Two: Select a presentation format for the information you have learned. You will present this to your fellow classmates. © Option One: Create a Museum exhibit that demonstrates to attendees what Apartheid is and the impact it had upon the citizens. Option Two: Create a movie documentary about Apartheid that we will watch. It should be no longer than 7-10 minutes, but at least 5 minutes.
