Hypothesis: Playing sports will improve students grades and reduce their stress levels.

Based off these results I have come to the conclusion that participating in sports helps you relax
and be less stress. Which in turn leads to better grades. Students who played sports did not
think about school and other responsibilities while at their practice. They were only focused on
the physical aspect, I believe this helped them blow off steam and clear their minds. Later
allowing them to focus on their schoolwork.
