Jeffrey Dahmer is famous for strangling, dismembering and eating his victims during his
13 year killing spree throughout Minnesota.
What is believed to have caused the serial killer's dangerous psychotic behavior?
It is believed that Dahmers dangerous psychotic behavior was caused by his isolation,
beginning with his mother leaving him, as well as the alcoholism that encouraged his
behavior. Psychologists are unsure of what mental disorder Dahmer may have, they still
cant identify what drove him other than his necrophiliac desire.

Jeffrey was an enigma to psychologists everywhere for no one was sure what he was
suffering from. Some thought it was a chemical imbalance and others thought is was
bipolar disorder, which would explain his ability to present a completely different person
to his family, coworkers, strangers and victims.
