Noise and vibration inspection, Stator and rotor

Winding Visual inspection; measure
insulation resistance, Terminal box;
grounding connection Clean inside of terminal box;
refasten bolts,function test RCU, Temperature monitoring
of bearings and windings, Record and trend all three phase currents and verify the
currents are balanced and do not exceed nameplate rating.
Perform IR check between motor leads and ground. This
determines condition of the ground insulation.
MOV
Visually inspect for any electrical or mechanical damage. Replace worn
or damaged components. Open electrical enclosure. Inspect & tighten all electrical
connections.
Check lubrication consistency and level. Fill or replace if required,FUNCTION
TEST,CLEAN THE ELECTRICAL TERMINAL BOX. IR check between motor leads and
ground,check the open close indication and position switch, torque setting.
Lighting
Clean bulbs and fixtures with soft moist cotton cloth, soft-bristled anti-static brush,
or low-power vacuum cleaner. Check the Exit and Emergency lighting
function.check the photocell function, change the defective bulb, starter and ballast.
Record the replacement of faulty lamps and the replacement of any fittings, Record
details of the test, cleaning and correct operation of the system
