ISAACSONC/RAYMOND ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW December 8, 2015 Re: Noelle Auger To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jason Dionne and | am a partner with the law firm of Isaacson & Raymond. I write this letter in support Noelle Auger’s application for employment. In January of 2014, my firm was seeking an administrative professional to work at the front desk of our office. The position entailed client communication and data entry. Our objective was to find someone with strong interpersonal communication skills, intelligence, and an ability to absorb information quickly. Upon first meeting Noelle, we immediately knew that she was the right fit. She quickly acclimated to our firm’s environment. We often received unsolicited compliments from clients regarding Noelle’s work product and overall attitude. In August of 2014, our firm had an opening for a legal assistant in our litigation division. The position involved providing backup support for myself and two other litigators. Our practice is very diverse, fast paced, and detail oriented. There was an immediate consensus among myself and my partners that Noelle would be a great fit for the position. Although the level of services that we provide would typically require that we hire someone with extensive experience and background in litigation support, we all believed that Noelle had the potential and tenacity to adapt. I approached Noelle to offer her the position and she joined our litigation department soon after. Noelle worked as my legal assistant until August of 2015. Over the course of that year, Noelle progressed from having no knowledge of litigation to being fluent in the complexities of criminal law, family law, forcible entry and detainer, and civil process. She absorbed large amounts of information quickly and presented herself in a professional and composed manner under circumstances that would have been trying to even the most weathered of legal assistants. In addition to her work ethic, Noelle proved herself to be reliable, prompt, and a team player. Her positive attitude made her well liked among the other staff and provided clients with confidence that their cases were being handled promptly and with top priority. | truly believe that Noelle would thrive in any work environment and fully endorse her for any position that she applied.
