Theatre History
In High School, I was involved very heavily in the theatrical arts. I had many roles in
different performances, and I helped out in the tech class as well. My sophomore year, I had a
small role, playing three different characters in the play The Government Inspector. Later that
year I had the opportunity to play Vassili Liamorgos in Stephen Sondheims Getting Away With
Murder. My Junior year of High School gave me a chance to really challenge myself as an
actor. The first semester of my Junior year, I played Sir Thomas More in A Man for all
Seasons. This show was definitely the most difficult show I have ever been in. The next
semester I was The Duchess in Alice in Wonderland. My senior year I played Gilbert Blythe in
Anne of Greene Gables, and Peter Pan in Peter Pan. I am currently a Freshman at Dixie
State University. I was given the opportunity to play Starbuck in a devised piece based on the
novel Moby Dick, called The White Whale.
