CERSAI in the 2" week of January 2015 has deployed latest patch of the SSL Certificates (issued by VERISIGN) in order to match the security standards and ensure secured data flow over various types of internet browsers. An analysis of the calls received at the Helpdesk of CERSAI reveals that many registered institutions are facing problem in accessing and registering transactions on CERSAL website after the implementation of SSL certificate patch. To ensure the smooth operations of the CERSAI website the following points are to be taken care of by the Financial Institutions/Banks. 1. The recommended Internet browsers are Google Chrome, IE 10, IE 11 and Mozilla Firefox. 2. Please provide full access & rights to the Desktop PCs/Laptops to access CERSAL Portal. : 3. Give access to the URL requests which are generated from the CERSAI website, which includes the verification request of SSL certificates. 4. If CERSAI website is accessed on workstations through the proxy, the mapping should be made to the URL address https://www.cersai.org.in only. 5.
